It also applies to nearly every facet of modern life, not just having an LLC!
Tell that to the people that are in jail for crimes they did not commit. I am a firm believer that avoiding situations that encourage controversy will solve 80% of the problems people encounter. If you want to attract attention then by all means go for it. Just be sure you have a good attorney standing by to help you KNOW, COMPLY, AND DOCUMENT the LAWS. If it was as simple as you make it, we would not be having this conversation.
Can someone who lives outside of Montana and has titled their RV in a LLC tell us how easy it is?
