I am considering this. The only info I have is a picture of the decal near my TV hitch. Can I tow it safely?

I am now trying to find 14K lb spring bars for a Reese round bar hitch I had from a previous rig.
I am also curious as to why I cant tie down my inflatable kayak to the hitch?
If you find 14k bars for your hitch you will go from towing to lifting with that little trailer, lifting is out according to the decal. Sorry you're out of luck. ;)
