Constantly supplying antifreeze all winter instead of heat?

I'm doing an SUV conversion (Highlander hybrid) and don't want to set up a battery system to heat the plumbing fixtures/pipes all winter. What if I just constantly dumped food grade antifreeze concen...

^yes, or at the very least not go through a whole evacuation process every time I need to leave it outside unattended for a few days. I only use it on weekends.
