Once the OP found out this organization did not provide the services they were looking for, rather than arguing and getting into a "snit", he did the right thing by simply hanging up. Information received! Done. He indicated the services provided did not meet his needs. Case solved! Hang up. No need to continue arguing. (that's what I meant)

Rather than just rudely hanging up, why not tell them "thank you for the info but I'm just not interested. Have a nice day. Goodby"???
