I will not try to take my 62 foot long rig into the Costco fuel center at the store closest to my daughter's home. Too little room to get out after fueling at that station. I do look at locations in a satellite view, if I can't visit them in person, before trying to get fue

It is obvious to me that Costco, Sams, Walmart and many others do not design their fuel locations with long RVs in mind. Which is why I have several options for fuel discounts. Since so many companies offer them today, it is seldom I can't get a discount on my fuel purchase. I can often beat the Costco or Sams price with other merchants.

There are many Race Track's and QT's you can't get in or out of with a M/H/ I have to ck first also and plan my escape. I also use the outside lanes and I also get over 50 gals at a time.

get the real info. Call Costco and ask. never listen to the rumor mill and you did fill up and get gas and no employee slapped your hand right?

Boy I hope this is false,,Although I don't have a MH,, I have a camper shell on my long bed truck!! Hope they have pictures or a template so the Costco fuel jockey doesn't get me confused and denies me entry!!

On a side note,,, and I saw it with my own eyes,,stopped at a Costco for fuel in Los Angeles early one morning and three big Chipper trucks were getting fuel! They are as big as a motor home,, towing Chipper machines behind each one of them!!
Boy O Boy, those things took allot of fuel!! They even used the windshield cleaning squeegees and towels to check their oil!!! On the truck and the chippers!!
Boy O Boy,, they used allot of washer fluid and towels!!

Maybe because of them,, Costco is going broke???

I wouldn't go near the Costco stations I've seen. Too small.

Costco is one of the most successful companies in the country..they know who their customers are. They sell bizillions more gallons of fuel to passenger cars and light trucks than to motorhomes.

They design their facilities to fit their primary customers...cars light trucks. Sure they want to sell to motorhomes also and will continue to do so...but we are not their primary concern.

I'll care when Costco starts selling diesel. That said, I do see motorhomes at our Costco getting gas all the time.
