Counter Space!! Where is it?? 15 1/4"??
Is it just me? Or are there others that have next to sweet nothing for counter real estate? My TT is 27 feet long. You'd think they could give me a little more than just room to butter a slice of b...

There's really only so much room in 27'. Where would you suggest they get more counter space? A good suggestion if you have a slide and aisle room is to carry a folding table that can be set up for food preparation. Also, RVs come in all different configurations. We had a 27' TT at one time and had plenty of counter space but perhaps our bathroom or bedroom has less space than yours.
