Why don't you just go out and buy 2 of 'those sink covers'? :?
Those 2 sink covers ARE what allows you to have more counter space for prep and the wood ones double as a cutting board. They are pre-cut to fit RV sinks. :W
Camco makes them with and without the holes, plastic or wood. Find at ANY camping store or on line.
