Water pressure: I use a water pressure limiter and in most campgrounds the water pressure is lower than what I get with the pump. Should I just fill my fresh water tank and use the pump or risk not us...

Water pressure: if it's annoyingly weak, I'd fill the tank and use the water pump.
Stuff sliding around:
We have several plastic baskets for the fridge. I glued two strips of non-skid shelf liner to the bottom of each one so they stay put. I also lined the shelves in the door with it to keep condiments and beverages in place.
Cutlery trays and a few small boxes keep our medicine cabinets organized and orderly. Of course, non-skid liner goes on each shelf.
