I'm not the OP- but, I can't. If I go without it for one night- I'm a mess the next day and have to be extra careful while driving.

Yep me too. If I go without I wake up feeling like there is a hatchet buried in my forehead and I am a zombie by 2pm. I 100% cannot take a nap without it. Was never very good at naps anyway.
For this reason alone I have yet to attempt camping without electric hookup. I am going next week to be camping without shore power for the first time and have borrowed a generator from a friend just to ensure my cpap doesn't kill the battery overnight. I will be looking into 12v options as mine is a ResMed and should be compatible.
