My wife and I both have S8's and we run both every night on the Aims Power 1500 watt inverter that's hard wired to a 110 plug in the bunk. Never an issue and I have no solar, just 2 100 ah agm's in the battery box and my 2000 watt inverter which I run 2 hours every evening to recharge the bayyeries.
I can't do solar. Where I camp mostly, it's under a tree canopy in the woods.
\Don't know what a Roadtrek is however a camper is a camper to me.
