First question would be does the clock work? If yes, all the suggestions above would be appropriate. If no clock, means no power to radio; possibly remote switch has disconnected from fuse block. I suppose it is possible the remote switch, which has an inline fuse in it, is blown. I might suggest you bring the car to whoever installed the switch to troubleshoot if above fails.
