Hubby installed a fuse bypass switch in our 2014 CR-V.
More than likely the wired jiggled loose while you were driving. Check around and reseat anything loose.
Did the radio not work after the first time you used the switch? If the radio worked after using the switch prior to this, then you probably have a blown fuse. If it has never worked, then you might want to get someone competent to look at the installation.
Also, the switch turns off power to the 12V outlet formerly called the cigarette lighter. Do you still have power there? If not, see the above recommendations. If you do have 12V, look at possible problems with the radio.
