That would be the PenFed Visa Plus cash rewards card. Anyone can join the credit union, and the Plus card requires having one of their other qualifying accounts. The simplest way is just to put $25 in a Money Market Account. There's no annual fee and the rebates are automatically deducted from your balance each month. There's no limits on rebates.
And I guess that relieves the credit card limit at the pumps (purpose of the posts)?
