Crooked dealer headed for jail

Had it happen to me too when I was a lot younger. Sold a car and never got paid in spite of court judgements etc.
The criminal got away free, with my car.
Maximum jail time and maximum fines is the best thing these scumbags can be handed. They will never make restitution. Take them out of circulation so they cannot rip off others.
