We're heading down to southern AZ this month, so if anyone has any place else for us to look at, please let us know.
Nice spot but a few years ago a group took control, ripped up a lot of the cactus and tried to sell lots. All the park models but one moved out.
Roads are gravel(noisy) and dusty. Almost no shopping in Florence ... you have to drive to Coolidge. Check this place out carefully before you invest. Expect high power/pressure salesmen to try to get you to buy.
