Current cost of RV lots in AZ

Anyone have an idea of what RV lots are selling for in places like Quartzsite, Yuma, Bouse, Gila Bend, Ajo, or any other AZ desert area with "excellent" ATV riding? May even consider an annual rent in an established park, IF we can find a good one. Thanks for any info you can give me.

I would do a search (RV Park Reviews) and check out.

We settled at Casa Grande RV Resort this year after moving around last year in S. AZ.

If you want further South check out De Anaza RV Resort in Amado...about 30 miles N. of Nogales Mexico.

Texan, in the Foothills here in Yuma and by the way the Foothills are in Yuma County, not Yuma City. Looking at Craigslist, The Yuma Sun, The Whitesheets, and private ads all over this area, lots in the middle of the block, so to speak are about $79,000, corner lots are about $99,000. Of course, amenities, casitas, sheds, etc. make those prices vary. Please beware if you do look in the Foothills area, do your research especially if the property is on Far West Sewer aka Sewer Sisters. There is thread on this subject in "Snowbirds". Just do "due diligence" I believe is the term.
Yep, I have multi articles on Far West water & sewer, plus I have had dealings with them previously when we were in Quartzsite. That is why we have given up on the foothills. We have found a place in Wellton, 30 miles east of Yuma called Copper Ridge , that looks goood and the people we have talked to give nothing but awesome reviews. We may take a trip down there later this month to look at it and a couple of other places.

  • We are in Bouse. I get propane right next to one of the two local real estate offices and pay inside so see the prices and ads. The prices for bare lots and lots with park models/RVs have dropped a bunch in the last few years.
The real estate office web site is Betty Hunter

We stay in the Coyote Ridge RV park right off Hwy 73 and a couple of blocks from the real estate office. Seasonal/yearly rent is about $1200 as I recall. $160 per month with metered electricity extra. That costs us about $50 to $60 per month. There are a bunch of avid ATVers here in the park and they get together often for day trips out. You can ride right out into the desert BLM land from the back of the park. Quite a few of the people that used to stay here in the park have bought lots and winter homes here in the last few years.

We have a good Verizon 3G signal here with 4G supposed to come soon.

We were volunteers at the Cascade State park when y'all were workcamping at the RV park by the river in Cascade.
