Also, even IF (BIG IF) there was a contract the details are left open ended. The usual service agreement stipulates there will be a fee for shop items - they don't tell you exactly what it will be ahead of time. That fee is often 10~15% in the rest of the repair industry and that's what we expect - and Marcus knows this! It's plain sneaky.
