damaged RV

here the whole story....we traded in our 5th W and truck for a used RV in December, scheduled Pick up in January...2 days before going to pick it up....a car ran into it....after all my own work...because the dealer did not do much, we discovered that the driver has no insurance, drove without a driver license....the dealer told us to use our own insurance and requested that we take away the damaged RV from their property because it was taken space on their lot AND stil 6 mos after we are still waiting to have our RV fixed by a third party...is there anyway we can find some comfort into this whole nightmare
