Any one know how I can recover from our RV being smashed into while at the dealer

If the deal was completed it is your problem, not the dealer. Turn it into your insurance.
If the deal wasn't completed it isn't your RV and is the dealers problem.
Not if the customer had not yet taken possession, completed deal or not.
I would also see if the driver that hit it works for the dealership.
