No off the shelf solution exists.
Recently viewed a uTube video of a youth who removed the factory radio and hvac controls from his 2500 and replaced with a 10" tablet. He bought an adapter bezel from somewhere, that could be trimmed to fit any size tablet and fit inside the factory opening, so it looked nice.
As long as your gizmos support Android or Apple, they could all share the same screen. I know TPMS come in bluetooth flavor these days, and WiFi backup cameras exist. Not sure if ScanGauge has a bluetooth option, but Android has the Torque app that's very easy to customize and will readout everything available on the OBDII port.
