My condolence, but why a man with his statue be on a roof of a house?
My 89 year old FIL who could buy a painting company to paint his house is on an extension ladder as I type this. He is painting the gable of his home. He is doing it because he wants to. He would rather fall off and break his neck than stay inside in a recliner watching TV. He is my idol and I want to grow old just like him:) - TwomedExplorer

First, my condolences, also.
I have found that most people in the RV community are, for the most part, hard-working, self-sufficient and handy. We are not afraid to do a lot of chores that take a little bit of effort and common sense.
Bruce - D_E_BishopExplorerFirst my condolences to the Family and second, I think Dave may have been like a lot of us, he was just doing what he had always done.
Sometimes we get a wakeup call sometimes folks have to be hit with a hammer. I'm one of those. Even reading about Dave, I still think I'm 17, DW knows better and says so.
