Am I correct that a Driver's License is NOT a "right", but an earned privledge? And if so, then there are rules to be followed, correct? And if rules are not followed, what "action" should be taken towards the offender? I see the same STUPID drivers back here on the Eastern Shore. Blocking an intersection, because they have "anticipated" that traffic will move before that light changes, or that "IT'S A 3 second gap between my red and their green". Forest Gump said it best: You can't fix STUPID.
So drive on cities/counties/states.
