It would appear that the problem is folks aware of short yellows "panic stopping " because they can't afford the fines.
It would be less amusing to some of the posters here were they to get numerous fines from a single pass through a city with these cameras catching their campers going through a yellow they didn't even see.
I think you get it. Lousy or impaired drivers run into people. They make lawyers and insurance company's rich while they injure and kill people just going down the road............
