Dealer came through....

We bought a 2011. TT new in July 2012. We had a few small warranty issues and then a couple of biggies.
First...there seemed to be a small leak that only on occasion when it rained we found water coming from under the slide. Not a lot but enough to notice. Neither dealer or us could find it. Well finally hubby and I got out the hose and yes we found where it was going in. There has been some damage, in fact this last trip the slide dropped over an inch, one of the rollers had pushed through the floor.
Second....as said this week we noticed uneven wear on tires on one side. We have had various suggestions here as to what it could be.

Great news, great dealer, even though we questioned him and his honesty a few times. We had issues at the beginning. Anyway...he is repairing "everything" at his cost, even though it is 2 years since we bought the TT. He is also going to do some things extra we would like done for no charge.
We hear about all the "dishonest dealers". We thought we had one at the beginning. There are good ones and the technicians that works on our TT hS been doing this for 30 years, he is great...Thanks Tom the technician and Bob the dealer.

No No, not his cost as wholesale cost. He is covering the cost of it all....we are paying nothing. Not for parts or service.

That sounds like a great dealer, good for you.

They are a little over an hour away from us. They have sent their technician to our house 3 times and picked up and delivered back our trailer twice. They offered again this time but hubby said no we would take it up this time.
