We are going to order a new Jayco Eagle 5er and have been given a reasonable quote by Indiana RV Connection. Is there anyone here on the forum that has purchased from them? We are in Oregon and they...

I took a look their web site, and basically, they are just another dealer, like any other dealer in the country. They offer savings on your purchase because they are located in Middlebury, Indiana, 2 and 1/2 miles from the Jayco factory. It looks like they do have a "parts and service" department, and being so close to the factory, most likely, have an arrangement that any manufacture defects will be fixed at the factory (my guess there).
I did find this on their web site also under the parts and service page:
Because you purchased from an authorized Jayco dealer, your vehicle will be registered with Jayco. By registering with the Jayco, you can obtain factory authorized service at any authorized dealer / service center across the country. To find the location of the closest factory authorized service center simply call us or you can find an authorized Jayco service center on Jayco's Website.
If you purchase from them, you'll have to transport your RV yourself, from Indiana to wherever. Considering you live in Oregon, I hope you bring a sleeping bag.
I've been to Middlebury many, many times. It's an RV Mecca to say the least!
