Absolutely reprehensible!! GET YOUR angry Face ON!....
Document everything, take pictures and notes on what the dealer screwed up on. Yes the frame on a trailer CAN be weakened if holes are improperly drilled, drilled in the wrong location or too many holes are drilled.
Find out who the dealership owner is by contacting the Business Licensing Office in that city/county and contact the owner by registered mail. Let him know that you are extremely unhappy.
Then you'll be in a better position should the dealer decide NOT to do the right thing.
Then call Jayco (574) 825-5861 and ask to speak to a Manager, (Customer Contacts- Ms. Celina P. Tyler, (President) Mr. Wilbur Bontrager, Gail Monroe (Customer Service Manager) explain to them what happened and get advice as far as potential issues up the road and solutions. Good luck!
