I wouldn`t take it back! they will just mess it up a second time! I have had my Dual Cam on 2 different trailers with the same bolts and I have never welded them. I think the reason they welded them is because they stripped out the hole in the frame. On my current trailer the dealer swapped over my DC and messed up that install. I had to reinstall them. I used one existing hole (flipped the brackets left-right and just drilled one new hole). so now I only have one hole on each side of the A-frame. it`s been like that since 06. If you can do it yourself and you know it will be right!
Now to the dealers.........
I don`t know why it`s so hard for a dealer that sells TT`s and hitches to properly install a DC! Come on guys.....get it right!
