I've never worried about what dealer documentation, prep or any other fees many dealers charge. I make an offer out the door, all such fees if they exist included. Say I offer $30000 OTD as I feel thats a good price for the RV I'm interested in. Dealer may have $1000 it various fees. The sales paper will be written as $29000 for trailer, $1000 in fees, totaling $30000. Works for me, don't care what their fees are if the total I pay is what I want to pay.
