We did not buy from them. But when we had a problem, our dealer could not handle it. After going to the factory for service, they told use if we bought from Tradewinds, we never would have needed to go to the factory. Tradewinds can handle even the most difficult warranty service. And the factory never needs to question their warranty decisions.
