Bull excrement, Dateline had a story on speed traps in Louisiana years ago. They had a Auditorium full of people that have been wrongly charged. Dateline set up a Lincoln with cameras on the speedometer along with several other cameras. Sure enough they were pulled over for speeding.

I have never received a speeding ticket I did not deserve, that does not mean that others have not.
