Deep Fryers
Does anyone bring deep fryers along while "camping"? If so, what do you bring? Just pan/oil over a burner? Or a full blown electric/propane fryer with a drop basket?

I found this skillet at a store while traveling.
It's a "deep well" electric skillet with a lid...that stays attached when opened!
AND.....the best part is you can do all the cooking OUTSIDE THE RV.
I've made everything from stews, soups, braising and it does a great job of grilling meats and breakfast bacon and eggs. No more splattering all over the inside of the MH.
I threw out all the frying pans. This replaces them all for me. :C
