Deep Fryers
Does anyone bring deep fryers along while "camping"? If so, what do you bring? Just pan/oil over a burner? Or a full blown electric/propane fryer with a drop basket?

Kids gave us a 'Cool Daddy' last Christmas.
My wife loves it. Uses it on trips and at home.
