The only DEF problem I ever experienced was when it was poured into my diesel tank.
Not buying it that this thread was started to be truly informational. Why the mention that his truck doesn't need DEF? How is that informational? Call me a cynic.

Sorry, I only see this thread as another feeble attempt at saying pre DEF trucks are the best... i.e. a hidden agenda. There are plenty of those threads about the same nonsense in the Tow Vehicle forum.
