Thank you! We actually have one - not for the RV, but the basement.
You have to go here to fill out your information - then you will be sent a return kit for the cord and name plate sticker to receive a refund.
We are going to have to pay to get rid of it as it has hazardous refrigerant in it so can't just send it to the landfill.
