During our last stay at an RV park in LV, we had 2 different RV's come in next to us that their dogs barked non stop when they left. The camp attendants at 10:00 at night were trying to get hold of the people and get them back to the park to take care of their dog. $25 would not be near enough for what they had to do to protect the other campers that were there. We called both times, but we were not the first to call so the dogs were bothering a number of people. I don't think people realize how loud a dog (even inside) the RV can be when it barks non stop for hours.
Both times the people were asked to leave. The camp workers say the people ALWAYS SAY that they were not aware their dog barked when they left. They also said that most people ignore the phone call to them that lets them know they need to return to their RV. Hard to believe as these people have probably been expelled from more than one park.
Barking dogs are the biggest complaint we have. Barking at 5 in the morning, or midnight is just not a nice experience.
