I can't answer your questions other than to say I had a MH with the kitchen sink & fridge on one side of the rig and the stove on the other side. I hated it.... the description you give makes me think U shaped kitchen. I would have liked that better. A galley kitchen allows you to walk all the way thru to another room (like my rig had).
