It's good that you have everything. I guess the ball is in their court now. Don't forget to stay calm and document everything going forward (time, name, what was said etc.) Maybe you can get them to work with you via email - that would make documenting things easier...
Does everything visually look good - no grooves in drums, decent amt of friction material on shoes, no excessive rust (to prevent motion), no contamination of pads (from grease for example), no pitting or wear marks on bearings/races?
Basically, can you see any reason for them to have inspected the brakes and legitimately recommended replacement of any parts whatsoever (other than the wires)?
