diesel price in Or between truck stops and service stations

As many times that I've been thru Oregon,I've never figgered out the difference in prices between truck stops and service stations. I know that there is a difference if you pay for a PUC,but what abou...

No they don't post gas prices just Diesel prices without taxes. PUC is what large trucking operations can get to exclude them from paying tax on diesel fuel. Only diesel fuel. So if you own your own 18 wheeler you can get a tax exempt card for diesel. Not gas. Very confusing for sure. I have been suckerd in more than once. Just have to be on your toes.
