Since Camper World didn't adequately address her questions when she purchased the product, maybe they should reimburse her for her expenses to return the item. After all she wasn't the one dispensing incomplete information to make a sale.

But the salesmen did answer the question. He said it was the new version. It is a Rand McNally 7725 like he said.
