I agree with the previous. Just replace it and inspect while it is off. It amuses me how qyickly all that plastic junk turns yellow. So many RV manufacturer's buy their vent covers, trim, utility doors from the same company that aparently is all about maximum profits and minimal quality. They could spend more and put some UV protectant into the mix. But why? We keep buying their cheap stuff aside from Airstream anyway
