Anyone have any tricks for whitening up the trim, like the rubber CATV caps or the vinyl trim on the corners? I've tried some Wesleys Bleach White, works great on white lettered tires but didn't touc...

Pull all the white trim off, inspect the screws for rust/water then replace trim with the black version.
Never clean the trim again and the black trim looks pretty sharp as well.
