My '09 CRV has the same problem. The quick and easy solution, maybe not the best, was to install a battery disconnect like THIS
If you need power for the brakes or lights this won't work. I'm using a Ready Brake and the lights are independent.
Probably better is a charge wire from the MH. Or maybe a switched fuse (check recent CRV posts)
