A incompetent or dishonest salesperson does not necessarily make the "dealership" dishonest. In my opinion, sales is a very honorable profession and I have made a good living for my family doing it with many return customers. However, I have made some mistakes over the 27 years of doing it as I'm sure all of you have at your jobs to. There's a lot to learn selling RV's and it doesn't happen overnight as the RV company's and truck company's change things all the time. Dishonesty is unacceptable and should be reported the dealership owner or manager first. An honest mistake is going to happen.
By the way, I have had many dishonest customers over the years as well, but that doesn't make all of them that way.
