Is there a chance this Blazer had Iowa plates on it? I have a small shop right in the corner of WI where IA, IL, and WI all meet. Had a Blazer that looked just like this pull in one friday afternoon with antifreeze just pooring out of it. Rear bumper just about dragging on the ground and a 28' TT in tow. He said it was within the weight limits of his towing capacity so it should not be overheating. I told him there was no way but even if it was there was no wind resistance taken into consideration. I told him there was a huge difference in towing a 4,000 pound
