The utility billing is the most used method across the country it seems.
I think I would want both my tags and drivers license from the same state. I have seen many autos on the road with TAGS from two different states with one state on the front and the other state on the rear. Don't know how that all works out when you get stopped by law enforcement.
As lucky as I am with these things I know exactly what would happen to me hehe.... I got a ticket in a TEXAS town once for not stopping for a SCHOOLBUS boarding kids on the other side a six lane section in a small town with a raised barrier in the middle. The more I complained the worse it got hehe... Then they wanted to search through all my stuff. Had to completely unload my OFF-ROAD POPUP on the side of the road there. To this day I will go a hundred miles out of the way before going through Jacksboro TX. I still remember the DPS officers name Mr Stevens after 20 years...

Are you sure it wasn't called Ridgeland South Carolina? Home of the southern Nazi's? LOL I was told a PO wont work, but I will recheck that info.
