Do you Adjust your WDH When You Drive With a Full Water Tank

I sometimes camp where there are hookups and sometimes where there is not and I have to haul water. Obviously that makes a big difference in the weight of your trailer, and how it is distributed. ...

Depends on the trip.

If we're headed for the desert with all the toys, and full of water, then I'll set it up one way.

If to the mountains (no toys, no water), I'll load a bunch of "stuff" forward of the axles to balance the trailer, and change the number of links on the WDH.
