Do you carry?
Folks: There are times each of us has nearly run out of fuel on a trip. Has anyone carried a 5 gallon can of fuel as a spare "just in case"?

The one time I didn't we were returning from a day trip to a nearby area. Spent the day hiking and exploring and were nearly out of fuel when we returned. While we were gone a forest fire burned the power lines to the town, and the only gas station did not have a generator to run the pumps.
