Do you carry?
Folks: There are times each of us has nearly run out of fuel on a trip. Has anyone carried a 5 gallon can of fuel as a spare "just in case"?

I REALLY can't figure out how folks run out of fuel. With todays technology, road maps, fuel gages, trip meters, etc, it's beyond my comprehension. But that's just me.
