I'm curious, what kind of a drop in MPG do you see when pulling your Outback with your Dodge?
We get a honest, hand calculated average of 13.0 MPG when towing at 62 MPH. (20% higher at 55 MPH) I have gotten as high as 16.0 MPG and low as 9.0 MPG, depending on what area of the country we were in at the time.
Without the trailer we get about 18.0 MPG. That is with a large Leer cap and the bed of the truck always carries cargo of some type, as it is our "garage" and storage facility.
