Normally I would run the Generator between campgrounds on the first change every month.. This month however......
I am on a 30 amp site, was doing some baking yesterday in the electric oven (A very large toaster oven made by Aroma, large enough to put a small chicken on a rotisserie, which is included) and when I fired up the steamer for the veggies CLICK went the 30 amp park breaker.. Inverter held so cooking continued but I did not want to go out and reset right away so I fired up Mr. Onan,, Ran him about 40 minutes both finishing the cooking and heating the MH. Finished what I was doing in the kitchen, went out and reset, then came back in.
When the timer dinged (Generator fully exercised) I turned off the main breakers, then the generator, then turned the mains back on, this time back to park power (Oh the steamer had finished by then).
Dinner was Stuffed pepper (The oven) potatoes and brussel sprouts (Steamer).
